Drake Just Broke The Beatles' Record For Most Top Ten Hits In A Year

Drake has just smashed a decades-old record set by The Beatles -- claiming the most top ten hits in a single year.

And it's only October.

The Canadian rapper released his fifth studio album Scorpion at the end of June this year and it's already propelled him into the history books with tracks like "God's Plan", "In My Feelings", and "Nice For What".

In 1964, the iconic group released tracks including "She Loves You", "Twist And Shout" and "A Hard Day's Night" and managed to squeeze 11 tracks in total into the Billboard Hot 100 top ten.

Drake has now upped the ante with a massive 12 tracks in the top ten.

The 12 Drake tracks include bangers from Scorpion as well as songs Drake has featured on, including Migos' "Walk It Talk It" and more recently, Bad Bunny's "MIA".

The Beatles got their final song of 1964 -- "She's A Woman"-- into the charts on December 26, so there's a good chance Drake will increase the new margin by Christmas.
