MTV VMAs 2018: All The Moments That Left Us Shook

All the highlights from MTV's night of nights!

Hello, and welcome to our round up of the biggest moments from MTV's 2018 VMAs.

We'll be keeping a running list of moments we loved, moments that left us shook, pretty much anything worth chatting about, so keep checking back through the day.

First up, let's talk about this:

This is the new:

What a mood.

Ari also had a 'Jennifer Garner at the Oscars' realisation:

Cardi B opened the show holding a Moonman swaddled like a baby, we stan a stunt queen.

Logic came through and used his performance to call out the separation of families in the United States, and Twitter is stanning:

Ariana has all the money in the world but she still can't find a pair of contacts that work for her, apparently:

Hayley Kiyoko performed "Curious", because 20GAYTEEN is THRIVING. She also took home the award for PUSH Artist of the Year:

Meanwhile, Kylie Jenner was sitting in the audience looking bored AF, and fans weren't having it.

J-Lo gave an emotional acceptance speech, where she credited her children for pushing her to achieve more for herself. She thanked her fans, family, "glam fam" and management, calling saying that her manager had been with her ever since she played him "that rickety demo".

Ariana Grande performed "God Is A Woman" with 50 women serving as backup dancers in a Last Supper inspired performance.

At the end of the song, she brought her mother, grandmother and aunt onstage, and huns, I cried.

The Hills' cast announced that they're rebooting the series as The Hills: New Beginnings, but it seems that LC, Whitney and Kristen won't be returning, and people are like "?????????????      ???                ?" More on that here.

Madonna gave a tribute to Aretha Franklin that was actually more like a tribute to Madonna. People had a lot of thoughts about that, too. More on that over here.

Camila Cabello took home Video of the Year for "Havana", and finally, Post Malone closed out the show with Aerosmith, which is a sentence I truly never predicted I would write in my career. Here's a great summary of the performance:
