People Are Pissed At Tom Holland For This 'Endgame' Spoiler
By now, Tom Holland has quite the reputation for dropping spoilers to his movies, but is he in the wrong here?
While appearing on the 'Graham Norton Show' alongside his 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' co-star Jake Gyllenhaal, 'Avengers: Endgame' co-star Gwenyth Paltrow and also Tom Hanks, Holland accidentally let slip what some are calling a major spoiler.
Explaining the plot of 'Far From Home', Holland mentioned it picks up almost immediately after the events of 'Endgame'.
"The film is a direct continuation of 'Avengers: Endgame', so we deal with the ramifications of the blip... the death of Tony Stark," Holland said before some moans from the crowd.
"Sorry if anyone hasn't seen the film," he said, adding, "if you haven't, then you're living under a rock, to be honest."
Some viewers of 'Norton' were bummed, having tried to avoid 'Endgame' spoilers -- despite the film coming out in April.
Despite the minor backlash, a lot of folks also came to Holland's defence, saying that it was absurd for the actor to promote a film trying to tip-toe around the events of 'Endgame'.
Still, there was one person quite close to Holland (literally) who he apparently spoiled the film for. Gwenyth Paltrow.
Yep, despite STARRING in 'Endgame', apparently, Paltrow has yet to see the film.
It would probably be difficult for her to be surprised to hear about Stark's death considering she STARRED IN THE ACTUAL SCENE WHERE IT HAPPENED. But who knows when it comes to the 'GOOP' queen.
