The 'Once Upon A Time In... Hollywood' Trailer Is Here

Quentin Tarantino's latest film is almost here.

The much-anticipated ninth film from Tarantino stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Rick Dalton, a television actor struggling to transition into Hollywood's film industry in 1969; Brad Pitt as Cliff Booth, Dalton's stunt double and our very own Margot Robbie as Sharon Tate.

It's the first proper look we have of the film, and thankfully, the trailer is far more impressive than the weird character posters that have been released.

While the film's main plotline is fictional, there will be elements of fact woven in given that Rick Dalton lives next to Hollywood starlet Sharon Tate the same year that she was murdered by the Manson family.

The film also features real-life characters including actor Steve McQueen (Damian Lewis), Manson "family members" Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme (Dakota Fanning) and Catherine Share (Lena Dunham), Tate's close friend and Hollywood hairstylist Jay Sebring (Emile Hirsch), who was also murdered by the "Manson family" and Mike Moh as Bruce Lee.

The trailer features plenty of other A-listers including Al Pacino, Tim Roth, Kurt Russell, and Timothy Olyphant who all star alongside DiCaprio, Pitt, and Robbie, as well as Luke Perry, in his final film role before his death in March 2019.

Once Upon A Time In... Hollywood hits cinemas in July.
