It's Hollywood's biggest event, and the 91st Academy Awards have been one to watch with no one really sure who could be taking home the top prizes of the night.

While the evening proceeded without a host for the first time in three decades after a series of controversies, a series of A-list guest hosts managed to work their magic, handing out the little gold statues for this year's winners.
