There's Going To Be Another 'Final Destination' Movie And The 'Saw' Writers Are Involved

Brace yourself, because we're getting another terrifying chapter from the 'Final Destination' franchise.

As if we weren't still having panicked flashbacks to the films any time we've driven behind a truck carrying giant logs of wood -- New Line Cinema has announced that Final Destination 6 is actually happening.

The next instalment will be written by the sadistic ~artistes~ who brought us Saw, Patrick Melton and Marcus Dunstan, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The first film featured actors including Devon Sawa, Ali Larter and Seann William Scott -- but it's still unclear who the new cast will be, or what the gory storyline will be.

But there's one super fan of the series that has been begging to be involved with Final Destination for years now, John Waters!

The Cry Baby director has been obsessed with the films since the very beginning and even introduced a screening of the horror flicks in 2014.

It could be because a poster for Waters' film Pecker is featured in the first film -- or that he's just a connoisseur of the finest horror films.

Either way, he's made it very clear that he wants a cameo role -- so we just hope casting directors have taken note and are making phone calls to Waters' people right now.
