Turns Out Kim Kardashian And Magda Szubanski Weren't Actually Together For Their Uber Eats Ad

The ad has completely taken over social media but now Magda has revealed a bit of behind-the-scenes goss on Sharon Strzelecki latest starring role.

Speaking to Fitzy & Wippa on Nova 96.9 on Tuesday, Magda revealed that she and Kim Kardashian West did shoot their scenes "in the same room" but they did so a few days apart.

Noice, Different, Unusual: Kim Kardashian's Uber Eats Ad Is Lowkey Iconic

Looks like Sharon has a new best friend called Kim!

"It's very difficult for Sharon because of course Sharon's very busy, she's got a lot of commitments," Magda joked, "she's got her indoor footy, she's got little league and all that.

"It was actually Sharon's fault she couldn't be there with Kim at the same time," she said, adding, "she had to film her stuff a couple of days later."

Honestly, that's understandable, wrangling one of the most famous and influential women in the world and also getting Kim Kardashian to show up would be a scheduling nightmare.

Despite the separation of the two, Magda said she was able to chat to Kim.

"We did have a conversation," she told Fitzy & Wippa, "we had quite a long chat and she's absolutely lovely."

"I said, did you know what netball was and she said, 'No, we have this thing called the Met Ball'," Magda said, laughing. "She was totally up for it"

The entire commercial came as a bit of a shock to a lot of Aussies who never expected Sharon to trade one Kim for another. Magda was just as surprised when her agent told her who her co-star would be, mostly shocked that Kim had agreed to do the ad in the first place.

Apparently Kim even asked Magda about the recent bushfires that have been raging across Australia. "She was very sweet," Magda said again, "She was a good sport".

While there are no plans to add Sharon Strzelecki to the roster of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians', Magda is still keeping her fingers crossed for future collabs.
