'Don't Believe Everything You Read': Kylie Jenner Denies Legal Action Against Gold Coast Business

The youngest self-made billionaire, Kylie Jenner, says she has NOT launched legal action against a Queensland company over the phrase 'rise and shine'.

A video where Jenner gave a tour of her daughter Stormi's room where she sang the three words went viral and the youngest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan embraced the rapid spread of memes mocking her.

Launching her own 'rise and shine' merch, Jenner quickly sprang into action and attempted to trademark the phrase.

According to the 'Gold Coast Bulletin', it was claimed Jenner had sent a cease and desist letter to label Cased Clothing, asking them to stop selling a shirt with 'rise and shine' on it.
