Chris Pratt And Katherine Schwarzenegger Just Got Married
Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger have tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in California.
The couple wed in front of close friends and family in Montecito, Santa Barbara County, People reports.
The guest list reportedly included Katherine's parents Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger and her siblings Patrick, Christopher and Christina. Pratt's six-year-old son Jack and actor Rob Lowe were also in attendance.
A source told People that it was the "happiest day for Katherine" adding that the bride "hadn't stopped smiling" throughout the festivities.
"And Chris seems giddy with excitement. The venue is beautiful. Lots of flowers and greenery everywhere. It’s a very romantic setting for a wedding," the source said.
The couple announced their engagement in January this year after seven months of dating with Pratt writing on Instagram that he was "thrilled" to be marrying Schwarzenegger.
"Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go!" he wrote.
The 'Avengers' star was previously married to actor Anna Faris for eight years and the couple shares custody of their young son, Jack. Pratt and Faris split up in 2017 and settled their divorce in November 2018.
Faris congratulated Pratt and Schwarzenegger on their engagement earlier this year, joking that she was keen to be the one to officiate the ceremony.
"Chris texted me this morning and he was like, you know, I proposed to Katherine last night," she explained on her podcast, 'Unqualified'.
"And I was like ahhh, that’s amazing. And I texted him back like, just want to remind you I’m an ordained minister!”
