'One Of The Great Traumatic Experiences': Rob Lowe's Issue With Prince William

The 'Parks and Rec' star was asked in an interview if he felt he was more or less vain than the average Brit.

Speaking to 'The Telegraph', the 55-year-old's response was pretty savage.

"That's a low bar!" Low said to the outlet adding, "Can we talk about William?"

"I mean the future king of your country let himself lose his own hair! So when I say British men set a very low bar... Honestly, one of the great traumatic experiences of my life was watching Prince William lose his hair."

For Lowe, there was an easy fix at arm's reach, and for the future King of England, he expected the best pharmaceuticals at his disposal.

"The first glimmer that a single hair of mine was going to fall out," Lowe continued, "I was having stuff mainlined into my f**king veins. And that's what I did for the next 30 years."

This isn't the first time Lowe has spoken about how he decides to keep his youthful good looks. Last year the actor told the US 'Today' show the key to staying fresh-faced was to quit all his bad habits at an early age.

"When I was in my mid-20s it was: I’ve got to stop drinking," he said. "Then it became: I need to find a workout that I love, following by starting to eat better, and cutting out things like sugar.

"You get to that point in your life where you realise you’ve got to stop eating like you’re in college," Lowe continued, "each year just requires a little bit more discipline and focus as I get older."

"Don’t get me wrong; I still love pasta and pizzas. But I know that they’re a special treat. In my business, I don’t have the option to not be at my best. So, I just make healthy choices most of the time... I never diet."

No word on if Prince William will be chucking out his DVD of 'St. Elmo's Fire' in protest!
