Louis Tomlinson Breaks His Silence One Month After His Sister's Death
The former One Direction star has remained quiet on social media since the passing if his younger sister, Félicité Tomlinson on March 13.
Louis Tomlinson has spoken out on social media for the first time since his younger sister's death, thanking fans for their support during this tough time.
Posting to Twitter, the 27-year-old wrote, "Just wanted to thank everyone for their lovely words over the past couple of weeks. Back in the studio today to vocal something I wrote a few months ago. Sending you all loads of love x."
Authorities discovered the 18-year-old in her apartment after she reportedly collapsed from a heart attack on March 18th.
“Police are in the process of informing her next of kin,” police wrote in a statement at the time. “At this stage, the death is being treated as unexplained. A post-mortem examination will take place in due course."
It was another tragic blow for the Tomlinson family, who had to deal with the loss of their mother Johannah Deakin after a long battle with leukaemia.
Louis' other sister Lottie also paid tribute to their sister over Instagram following her passing, writing:
“My Fizzy, my baby sister, my best friend. I’m incomplete without you, I’m empty. I can’t picture my life without you. I wish we could have lived life together for a little longer,” she captioned a series of childhood pictures.
Lottie also paid tribute to their mother, writing, “Mama needed you and you needed her, you’re finally together again. I love you always."
Lottie and Louis' 14-year-old twin sisters Daisy and Phoebe also shared tributes to their sister on social media in March, with Phoebe revealing she was “shocked and broken-hearted.”
"I’m lost without you and the thought of never seeing you again scares me like you wouldn’t believe. I will love you forever and ever and you and mama will have a place in my heart until the day I die," Phoebe wrote within the caption.
"Please tell me your [sic] watching over us and that you will always remember the way we all laughed together. Our memories will stay with me forever."
