Justin Bieber Fools Fans With Fake Pregnancy Post

But not everyone is laughing about it.

UPDATE: It looks like we've become the victims of another Bieber prank, friends!

After desperately trying to convince us all that a Baby Biebs was on the way, Justin has since revealed that the whole thing was an April Fool's Day stitch up.

Posting a pic of a sonogram, followed by a snap of wife Hailey Baldwin surrounded by medical professionals, JB then posted another image of a sonogram... With a puppy's head photoshopped on to it.

"Wait omg is that a,,, APRIL FOOLS," the singer captioned the photo.

And while we may be the fools -- the April fools as it were -- fans of the star aren't too happy about the 'joke', with many fans saying that faking a pregnancy is "insensitive" and "immature".

Might wanna think twice before next year's prank, ey Justin?

ORIGINAL:

Fans are freaking out after Justin Bieber seemed to allude over social media that his wife, Hailey Bieber (née Baldwin), was pregnant with the couple's first child.

Posting a snap of an ultrasound to Instagram, people quickly lost their collective minds over the supposed news that the pair were becoming parents -- that is, until a couple of smart cookies pointed out that it was April Fool's Day.

To add to suspicions, others found that the 'ultrasound' is, in fact, a stock photo, easily found via Google Images. Not to mention the fact that Hailey herself commented on the post, writing, "very funny..."

So it's just all a big ol'  joke, right?

Well, Biebs is either going HARD on the whole prank thing, or there actually may be a baby Bieber bun in the oven. The singer posted ANOTHER photograph, this time seemingly showing Hails in a doctor's office with what appears to be a growing baby bump.

"If U thought it was April fools," he captioned the pic.

Throwing this major spanner in the works, fans are divided on whether or not it's the real deal, with many pointing out that JB has a track record of being quite the prankster. The 'news' hasn't yet been confirmed by any legit publications as of yet, either.

In saying that, however, Biebs DID say in a recent announcement that he would be taking a break from making music so he could "sustain my marriage and be the father I want to be."

We don't even know what to believe anymore...
