Looking For Love? Stevie Nicks Says Throw Away Your F**king Phone

The key to looking for love and safe shawl storage -- Stevie Nicks revealed it all in a recent interview.

Yep, in between writing poetry about Game of Thrones (something she genuinely admitted) Stevie also revealed that she has thousands of shawls. THOUSANDS. OF. SHAWLS.

The Fleetwood Mac star was asked by Rolling Stone where exactly she keeps her many, many signature shawls, to which she responded, "I have my shawl vault."

Truthfully we can only dream of a day where we're the kind of person who has an internal laundry in their house, let alone a shawl vault.

"They're all in temperature-controlled storage," Nicks continued before adding, "I’m trying to give my shawls away --— but there’s thousands of them. If I ever write my life story, maybe that should be the name of my book: There’s Enough Shawls to Go Around."

And while Nicks drowns in a glorious, temperature-controlled sea of shawls, she also had enough time to sit back and reflect on the nature of love in this modern age.

According to the "Edge of Seventeen" singer, we're moving further away from falling in love because of the internet. Admitting she doesn't even have a computer and still uses a flip phone, Nicks said:

I don’t like what the Internet has done to people and I don’t like the fact that it’s nailed romance to the wall. I think it’s hard for people to find love these days.

Nicks continued saying the shift away from love has made it heartbreaking for her, as a songwriter, to see her close friends talking less and less about love.

Girls, don’t take it personally. It’s not you -- it’s the Internet," she said. "There has to be romance before there can be love and it’s very hard to find romance in this hardcore high-tech world.

Nicks also said she isn't in a relationship right now because -- at 70-years-old -- she's decided to be a free agent and to follow her muse.

I’m just going to be free and follow my muse and do whatever I want, because I’m 70 years old and I can. That’s my choice. But if you do want to find romance? Throw away your fucking phone.
