The Onstage Reunion That Outshone The Actual Awards

A surprise cameo really stole the show during Monday's 91st Academy Awards.

Mike Myers and Dana Carvey stopped by the Oscars to introduce Best Picture nominee Bohemian Rhapsody in a much-needed Wayne's World reunion.

The song was such a massive part of the first movie, it only made sense to have Wayne and Garth be the ones to introduce the segment. We truly were not worthy.

Carvey took to the stage and basically screamed, "I THINK I'M GOING TO HURL" while Myers informed his co-presenter, "Don't hurl because if you honk... I'll spew."

While the show has featured some amazing performances and some exceptional guest hosts, the brief moment absolutely stole the show for folks at home who were stoked to see their favourites reunited onstage.

The song "Bohemian Rhapsody" was such a feature of Wayne's World it reportedly hiked the song to the #2 spot on the charts during the film's release.

The film Bohemian Rhapsody was nominated for five Academy Awards including Best Picture and Best Actor for Rami Malek. The film won three early in the ceremony for Best Sound Mixing, Best Film Editing and Best Sound Editing.
