Mandy Moore Pens Touching Tribute To Late Ex-Boyfriend DJ AM

It's been nine years since the DJ passed away.
Mandy Moore has shared a touching tribute to ex-boyfriend Adam Goldstein (aka DJ AM) on the ninth anniversary of his death.
Sharing a photo of herself and her late ex and close friend to Instagram and Twitter, the 34-year-old captioned the sweet snap, “I miss you every day, Adam. Can’t believe it’s been 9 years. #DJAM.”
DJ AM, who was part of the band Crazy Town for several years, died in 2009 at the age of 36 from a drug overdose after being found in his Soho apartment. It was later revealed that his death was ruled an accident caused by "acute intoxication" from a combination of cocaine and prescription drugs.
After a longtime battle with drug addiction, he had reportedly been sober for a number of years. However, following a plane crash in 2008 in South Carolina alongside Blink-182’s Travis Barker that left four dead, Goldstein was said to have struggled with his addiction.
Following the shocking news of his death, Moore released a statement saying,
"I am absolutely heartbroken. For those of us lucky enough to have known him, Adam radiated a contagious exuberance for life and also personified the very definition of a true friend. To say that he will be missed beyond words is an understatement. My heart goes out to his loved ones."
Close friend Barker also posted a photo of himself and Goldstein as a tribute.
