Miley Cyrus Breaks Her Silence After Break Up With Liam Hemsworth

Miley Cyrus has posted a cryptic message just hours after news of her breakup with Liam Hemsworth.

The celebrity couple has called it quits less than a year after tying the knot.

“Liam and Miley have agreed to separate at this time,” a spokesperson for the couple told People on Sunday,

"Ever-evolving, changing as partners and individuals, they have decided this is what's best while they focus on themselves and careers".

Hours later,  the singer addressed the split, taking to Instagram to explain that "change is inevitable".

"Don’t fight evolution, because you will never win," she posted.

"Like the mountain, I am standing on top of, which was once underwater, connected with Africa, change is inevitable. The Dolomites were not created overnight, it was over millions of years that this magnificent beauty was formed.

"My dad always told me “nature never hurries but it is always on time”.... it fills my heart with peace and hope KNOWING that is true. I was taught to respect the planet and its process and I am committed to doing the same with my own".

Cyrus and Hemsworth met on the set of The Last Song back in 2009 and were on-again-off-again for years before Hemsworth proposed in 2012.

They split again in 2015 but three years later, Cyrus surprised followers when she posted Instagram shots of their wedding ceremony at her home in Tennessee.
