Dr Andrew Rochford And Mark Humphries Set To Host 'Pointless'

We can't wait for the British quiz show to head Down Under!

Pointless is the exciting new game show about to hit Aussie screens, and if our Brit counterparts are anything to go by, it's set to be fun for the whole fam.

Co-hosted by registered medical practitioner and author, Dr Andrew Rochford, and comedian and writer, Mark Humphries, Ten's brand new show Pointless will see three teams of two contestants competing for a huge cash prize.

The point (hehe) of difference, however? You need to answer general knowledge questions with something that's not only correct but as obscure as possible so to score the LEAST amount of points (more points = bad, less points = good).

The contestants with the highest scores after each round are then eliminated.

So basically, think of it as kind of a reverse Family Feud, yeah?

Host Dr Andrew Rochford said, “I’m very lucky to be forming a team with a talent like Mark and genuinely excited to be back at TEN but I’m even more excited about the fact my dressing room has a couch and Mark’s doesn’t.”

“Who said Twitter is a waste of time! After an extensive social media campaign (two tweets) TEN had no choice but to give me the dream role as host of Pointless,” Mark added.

Pointless has been a massive success since its launch in the UK in 2009, and has been adapted internationally across Germany, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Italy and Poland.
