Police allege a man who already faced charges of illegally using a motor vehicle arrived at court in another stolen vehicle.

The 34-year-old man was arrested after police noticed the blue Holden sedan parked at a fast food restaurant in Christies Beach, in Adelaide's south. Police claim that a check on the car's registration found it had been reported stolen from Blakeview on July 23.

The man had parked the car at the restaurant so he could attend Christies Beach Magistrates Court, to face charges of illegally using another car.

The man was arrested again and was charged with the illegal use of a motor vehicle, as well as driving while disqualified.

He did not apply for bail and will appear in court on Wednesday.

His passenger, a 23-year-old woman, was also arrested and charged with the illegal use of a motor vehicle.

She was granted bail and will appeal at Christies Beach Magistrates Court on August 29.

SA Police even had a word of advice for the woman for when she is to reappear in court -- saying "hopefully, she will catch the bus" next time.
