A 28-year-old man who allegedly kissed a toddler in a pram at a Sydney aquarium has been arrested and charged with sexually touching a child.

Police allege the Indian national walked up to the two-year-old's pram on Sunday afternoon and kissed the child on the lips after a short interaction.

He didn't know the family, police said, and the child's parent pushed the man away and reported him.
