Teen Dead, Another Critical After Melbourne Stabbings

A 17-year-old is dead and another teenager has suffered life-threatening injuries after a stabbing in Melbourne's north-west, police said.

Emergency services were called to an address on Main Road West in Kings Park just after 2:30 pm on Saturday where they found the two male teenagers critically injured.

The 17-year-old and 18-year-old were both rushed to hospital in life-threatening conditions.

Sadly, the 17-year-old teenager died in hospital a short time later.

The 18-year-old remains in hospital in a critical condition.

Police have launched an investigation and say the exact circumstances surrounding the incident are yet to be determined.
