Human Remains Found On Rocks At Melbourne Beach
Police have found what are believed to be human remains at a Melbourne beach, shocking local residents.
A passerby discovered the remains on rocks at Brighton beach just before 1pm on Wednesday, near Mytton Grove.
A crime scene was quickly established, with police divers called in to retrieve the remains and move them to the boardwalk.

A coroner arrived at the scene around 3pm, before removing a large blue bag a short time later.
Poor weather conditions are hampering investigations as police work to determine the identity of the remains and alert a next of kin.
