Selena Gomez is doing what most of us struggle with on the daily -- logging off social media.

The 26-year-old singer and actress -- who is the most followed person on Instagram -- had returned to social media over the weekend after telling Elle magazine earlier this month that she only kept a brain training app on her phone.

"I'm not on the Internet," she told Elle at the time. "I haven't been on the Internet in months. I don't have my password for Instagram. I have no apps on my phone, no photo editing apps. I have Peak, a brain game."

After returning to social media and posting what became her most-liked photo while at New York Fashion Week on September 9th,  Selena then deleted the snaps on September 20.

Over the weekend, Selena did an hour-long livestream in which she offered fans the opportunity to snag some free clothes, right out of her wardrobe. She gave away a dress from her music video for "Back To You", an ice-skating costume, and a ton of other stuff.

Then, after posting a smiling selfie with the caption: "Mood lol (I was looking at myself in the mirror -like an idiot!)", Selena edited the caption to announce it was time for another break from the app.

She wrote:

"Taking a social media break. Again. As much as I am grateful for the voice that social media gives each of us, I am equally grateful to be able to step back and live my life present to the moment I have been given. Kindness and encouragement only for a bit! Negative comments can hurt anybody’s feelings. Obvi."

Selena has previously spoken out about the negative impacts of social media, writing that her life "isn't always [so] filtered and flowery".

"We are all on our own journey," she told her fans.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of offline life, Selena!
